Mommy

Our mommy loves spending her days and nights with us. She was an attorney, before I was born. Now she is a full-time mommy and is very happy. She loves taking us to the park. She also likes taking us on hikes as a family. When we are sleeping, she enjoys reading and one day may publish a novel. Although, often when we are sleeping, she is sleeping right beside me!

Mommy grew up in Brewerton, NY. Her mommy and daddy are grandma and grandpa Shaffer. When she was a little girl, she loved reading and playing board games. When mommy graduated high school, she went to LeMoyne College and studied Literature and Religious Studies. During college, she worked hard at a doctor's office.  It was there that mommy met Daddy. He worked in the same office, and they fell in love during a great friendship. Mommy knew right away that he was "The one". They were married in the summer of 2004.  After college, she knew she wanted to become an attorney. Mommy graduated from law school in 2007, and passed the bar exam on her first try (that's pretty good!). She soon joined the Wegerski Law firm and a short while after having Braeden, she started her own firm and works from home.

Mommy plans on returning to her career one day soon. Until then, she says she wants to experience every milestone with us.

Daddy

Our Daddy is the best! He loves bouncing us up and down, and twirling us around. He also likes to sing to us and read books to us at bedtime. Our daddy works very hard. He is sad when he leaves for work in the morning. When he is not helping people take care of their health, he likes to play with us and go fishing. He plans on taking us on my first fishing trip soon.

Daddy grew up in Liverpool, NY. When he was a little boy he liked playing in the snow and going to the beach. When he was in high school, daddy played on the school football team and sang in the Barbershop Octet. He went in the Army after high school and served his country proudly for nearly 10 years.

Daddy went to SUNY ESF for undergrad and then to Le Moyne College for grad school, where he got a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. He loves taking care of people and studies everyday to always learn more about how to do his job better. Go daddy!
